Elvis Okenwa · Senior Product Manager
I build the infrastructure products the internet runs on.
I lead cloud and infrastructure products at scale, and build independent products like MyBibleAtlas. Based in Warsaw.
01 — How I think
The technology can be hard. The customer experience has to feel simple.
What is the customer trying to get done, and where does it break today?
Know the system well enough to see what is actually hard.
Say clearly what we are giving up.
Keep the complexity on our side, not the customer's.
It only matters once customers find it, understand it and use it.

04 — Notes
Ideas I'm working through
- Platform productsPlatform as a productThe platforms I've worked on all share one trait: their customers are other builders. That changes how you manage them.
- Platform productsWhat a platform product manager actually doesThe role looks like product management from the outside. From the inside, it's a different job.

05 — About
A little more about me
My work sits where complex systems meet the people who have to use them: CDN and edge delivery at Akamai today, cloud compute at Google and IoT connectivity at Vodacom before that. I've done it across West Africa, South Africa and Poland, and I'm now based in Warsaw.
Outside work, I'm curious about how technology changes the way we understand the world, from AI and infrastructure to history, faith and geography. One result is MyBibleAtlas, a Bible context and maps product I'm building. It comes from the same question I ask in every role: how do you take something complex and make it easier to explore, understand and use?
