Problem

Regulated banking customers needed infrastructure they could rely on for critical workloads, with downtime they could plan around.

My role

I owned the dedicated high-availability product in Google Compute Engine and took it to general availability.

Outcome

Launched at 99.95% reliability, cutting downtime 15% for regulated banking customers.
